  • UKSEE also known as Uttarakhand state entrance exam is thebr /test conducted to offer admissions to the aspiring candidatesbr /into B.Pharmacy and also second year of B.Pharma programs.br /This exam is organized by Uttarakhand technical universitybr /for enrolling students in undergraduate as well as postbr /graduate technical and pharma programmes in institutionsbr /affiliated to Uttarakhand technical university.br /br /Eligibilitybr /Ithe eligibility for UKSEE.br /Candidate should check the eligibility before filling the application form.br /First about the domicile eligibility-  Students mustbr /possess domicile of Uttarakhand state.Candidates who have passedbr /or appearing in the qualifying exam from other states, but have thebr /domicile of Uttarakhand are also eligible to apply.Students who havebr /cleared the qualifying exam from Uttarakhand Technical Board orbr /Universities are also eligible to apply.br /Now let’s talk about eligibility for btech, pharma, and lateral entrybr /programmes. Passed in 12th or equivalent exam with Physics &br /Chemistry as compulsory subjects and any onebr /Mathematics/Biology/ Biotechnology.Candidates should have scoredbr /minimum 45% marks in core subjects (40% marks for reservedbr /categories).For admission in a lateral entry in Pharmacy, studentsbr /must have passed the diploma examination approved by AICTE.br /br / the exam pattern forUKSEE. -br /There are 12 paper in UKSEE and a candidatebr /has to attempt paper according to their stream whichbr /they have selected. Paper 1 to paper 3 have 50br /question and paper 4 to paper 12 have 100 questions.br /Paper 1 to paper 3 are of 50 marks and paper 4 tobr /paper 12 are of 100 marks.  There is no negativebr /marking for any question answered incorrectly.br /However, a record of all the questions answeredbr /wrongly by a candidate is kept.This is used when therebr /is a tie where two or more aspirants secure same totalbr /marks.
