yes as said by other members also . The answer is 6 because there are all together 3 girls and 3 boys . So the total become 3+3=6 . the right option is b 6.

strongAccording to the question if you are a boy, then you must /strongstronghave/strongstrong at least 2 brothers and 2 sistersbr /similarly if you are a girl then also same applies i.e in total 3 brothers and 3 sisters which is 6/strong
