  • Goa Common Entrance Test
    Goa Common Entrance test, Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa conducts… Goa Common Entrance Test, Goa Common Entrance Test is a state level common entrance examination for undergraduate engineering and Pharmacy admissions.  And If we will talk about application fees for GCET exam Rs. 2000.(offline mode of payment).
    ELIGIBILITY
    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
    Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Exam Of the Goa Board or an examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, or any other exam, which in scope and standard, is deemed to be equivalent to the H.S.S.C. Exam Of Goa Board, and must have obtained the minimum percentage of marks in the specific subjects.
    Nationality
    Indian nationals, Non-resident Indians with Indian passport, and OCI/PIO cardholders can apply.
    Age Limit
    There is no age limit, minimum or maximum, is specified for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy Courses.
    EXAM PATTERN
    The exam will be conducted in offline mode, for time duration of 120 minutes.
    There will be 75 objective type questions for 225 marks.
    Number of sections-
    Physics
    Chemistry
    Mathematics
    For each correct answer, the candidate will be rewarded with 1 mark each.
    There is no negative marking in this exam.
     
    TIPS AND TRICKS
    Before starting the preparations, make sure to go through the pattern of exam and syllabus thoroughly.
    Prepare a daily schedule so as to give equal attention and time to each and every subject.
     There is no negative marking so try to attempt all questions.
