  • BPSC Eligibility Criteria:

    Bihar Public Service Commission conducts a recruitment examination for various state administration posts. The candidates aspiring to serve the nation can apply for the post. The eligibility criteria are required to be fulfilled as the initial step for the process of selection.
    The eligibility criteria for the BPSC exam are listed below:

    1. Educational Qualifications:

    The candidate must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

    2. Age Limit:

    The candidate (male aspirants) of General Category should be in between 22 - 37 years of age.
    The upper age criteria for other categories:
    General Category – Female: 40 years
    BC/OBC (Male/ Female) category: 40 years
    SC/ST (Male/ Female) category: 42 years

    3. Physical Criteria:
     
    Minimum Height
    General Category (Male) – 5 feet 5 inches
    Women candidates – 5 feet 2 inches
    SC/ST – 5 feet 3 inches

    Chest
    General category (Male) – 32 inches
    SC/ST (Male) – 31 inches
