  • AIIMS level of questions izz all logical....full of concepts...a wider syllabus...if u hv given exam this year...u might HV introduced to some new words u never met wid!! it has a vast syllabus for sure....and the negative markings r much higher than neet...it's -1/3 in AIIMS and -1/4 in neet....Nd even seats r so less....so there is no comparison as such...!!!

  • aiims is easier than neet bcoz we require only 60% marks to crack aiims but in neet below 70% their is no chance to get a govt medical college seat
