hi now I am doing b.tech from electrical engineering . so which type should I prepare for TCS .

You should try to learn hardware languages like VHDL and Verilog and scriting language like Perl/Shell . Knowledge of these will give you an edge over other competitors . As in case of VLSI industry , domains like verification,DFT require the knowledge of vhdl and verilog/system verilog and the scripting languages like perl/shell/tcl are always a plus point in domains like physical design , layout , analog mixed signal . If your college provides working on tools like cadence/synopsys then you can learn that too . Be thorough with books on analog design,digital design,cmos . These are the variable options that you have .
