eligibility critertion-
A candidate needs to qualify 10+2 with Senior Secondary System or equivalent examination from a recognized board
Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in his/her qualifying degree
There is no age bar to appear in AILET 2019 as per the Supreme Court’s stay on age bar in 2017.

Candidates appearing in AILET 2019 to seek admission in the postgraduate law programmes need to take a glance at the eligibility criteria of AILET 2019 for LLM programme mentioned here -
A candidates needs to possess a LLB degree from any recognized university recognized by Bar Council of India
The law applicant should have scored at least 55 percent marks in the qualifying degree
For the candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/PwD), the university gives 5 percent relaxation and they need to score 50 percent in their qualifying degree
There is no age bar to appear in AILET 2019 to seek admission into the postgraduate law programmes.
