  • एनी बेसेन्ट महिला अधिकारों की समर्थक, लेखक, वक्ता एवम भारत प्रेमी महिला थी। एनी बेसेन्ट ने 1914 मे ‘strongद कॉमन व्हील/strong’ और ‘strongन्यू इंडिया/strong’ ये वो दो साप्ताहिक अपने आदर्श के प्रचार के लिये शुरु किये। 1916 मे उन्होंने मद्रास यहा ‘strongऑल इंडिया होमरूल लीग/strong’ की स्थापना की।
