Practice Question in THSC Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council of Food Beverage Service Steward
The Food and Beverage Department of the Hospitality Sector depends equally on the Alcohol and the ability of the Steward to serve various customers. A Food Beverage Service Steward needs to be a wizard and know what sort of drink is being ordered, what is the composition of the mixture, and also maintain a proper inventory of the existing drinks.
