Exam Pattern

There are four steps in the selection process, where there are 15 questions in total.

  1. Written Exam- Aptitude+ Reasoning+ Verbal
  2. Group Discussion
  3. Technical Interview
  4. HR Interview

 

Syllabus

  1. Aptitude- It tests the analytical as well as mathematical skill sof the candidate. Questions can be from Probability, Number system, Algebra, DI etc.
  2. Verbal- This section analyses the grammatical as well as comprehension skills. Idea to clear Genpact paper shall be to answer all the questions quickly.
  3. Reasoning - This will include questions from Puzzles, direction- based problem, blood- relations, sitting problem etc.

  • The exam will be objective multiple choice type.
