CUCET Eligibility Criteria:

Chandigarh university conducts Common Entrance Test (CUCET) to offer and reward the brilliant candidates with the scholarship as well as the admission to the desired courses. The CUCET is the gateway for admission for both Undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The applicants appearing for admission in the undergraduate course must have qualified/appeared 10+2 examination from the recognized board. The applicants for the postgraduate courses have scored 50%marks in graduation.

Chandigarh university invites the application for the admission in various courses, the meritorious candidates will be awarded the scholarships according to the marks scored in the CUCET. The test will be an online test that will be conducted as a university-level examination. The 100 MCQs will be asked from PCME for the non-medical stream.

The application process has begun from January 01, 2020, and the last date for the registration have extended till June 25, 2020, due to the outbreak of COVID-19. The online examination of CUCET has conducted from January onwards till June 30, 2020. The results for CUCET are expected to be declared in the last week of June.

The applicants have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000, the application process can be in both online and offline modes that will provide the information brochure of Chandigarh University. 1.       For the candidates who are appearing for the Undergraduate course:
 
Nationality:

There is no restriction for the citizenship, any citizen can apply for the CUCET for admission in Chandigarh University.
 
Educational Qualifications:

The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% from the recognized board such as CBSE/ICSE/PSEB/ or any state board that is recognized.

2.       For the candidates who are appearing for the Postgraduate courses:
 

Nationality:

As there is no restriction related to citizenship, any candidate around the nation who is willing to take admission in Chandigarh University can apply for the common entrance test.
 
Educational Qualifications:

The applicant must have qualified the graduation from the dedicated stream with an aggregate of 50% from any recognized University.
