What are the dates of Counselling Rounds and Seat Allotment for the Jain Entrance Test (JET) to get admission in Jain College, Bangalore?
JET (Jain Entrance Test) Counselling Round:
The Jain University will conduct counselling rounds for those candidates who have gained adequate marks to come in the merit list. The merit list will be prepared according to the marks scored by the candidates in the JET ( for BTech).
The candidates will be given preference for choosing the various branches among the BTech courses according to the rank. Candidates with have higher rank will be given priority over others to choose specific branches.
The counselling for JET (for BTech) will start from April 28-29, 2020. The candidates will be called for the counselling round according to the rank.
The candidates are required to carry authentic documents at the time of counselling, the documents will be verified at admission desk. The documents will include 10th and 12th standard marksheets, age certificate, photographs, citizenship proof, transfer certificate. The candidates are advised to carry along photo copies of the documents.
The counselling schedule is released on the official website after the announcement of result, it will include the dates and the merit ranks that will be called upon for the counselling process for admission. The qualified candidates are advised to keep themselves ready with the documents prior to the counselling schedule.
JET Seat Allotment:
The seat allotment will be done on the basis of number of seats according to the rank obtained by the candidates. It will be in online mode, the seats will be allotted to the candidates on the preference choices of candidates with higher rank.
The result of seat allotment will be uploaded on the official website after the counselling. The candidates can check seat allotment results on providing the required credentials.
