  • Graduate Aptitude Test of Biotechnology (GAT-B) : Important Dates

    Graduate Aptitude Test of Biotechnology (GAT-B) replaced Jawahar Lal Nehru University Combined Entrance Exam of Biotechnology (JNUCEEB) which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to offer admission in DBT (Department of Biotechnology)  supported Postgraduate Biotechnology programs. 

    The application form is released in the month of June. Aspirants who aspire to take admission in the university can apply both in offline and online mode. The aspirants can fill the form last by the third week of June.

    The General/ OBC category is required to pay Rs. 1000 as the application fee for JNUCEEB and for SC/ST category the fee is Rs. 500. The correction window for the application form will begin in the last week of April. Admit cards will be issued on June 25, 2020.

    The exam is expected to be conducted in the last week of June i.e. June 30, 2020. After completion of the exam, the answer key will be released on July 02, 2020. Candidates can check their results on the official site. 

    The GAT-B result will be declared on July 20, 2020. After the declaration of result, aspirants can pick the colleges for the admission that allow the GAT-B score.
