  • strongLPU NEST Required Eligibility Criteria for Admission in BTech:/strongbr /br /The LPU NEST is organized by Lovely Professional University to offer admission to Undergraduate Engineering courses. The applicants must have qualified 10+2 examination with an aggregate of strong60%with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English as the core subjects/strong from the recognized board. Only Indian citizens are considered for admission.br / br /Lovely Professional University organizes LPU NEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) every year to the Engineering aspirants through this gateway. The COVID-19 Pandemic has let the admission procedure shift to the online mode. The online proctored test will be a scholarship test. The applicants have to book the slot to appear for the online test that they can give from their home.br / br /The online test for strongBTech/strong will be conducted in the online mode till strongJune 30, 2020 for the June schedule. /strongThe candidates are required to book the slots for the online exam within 5-15 days after the successful form filling. The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with an aggregate of 60% from the recognized board such as CBSE/ICSE/CISCE/ any state board that is recognized. The relaxation in 60% marks is given below:br / br /a.       SC/ST Applicants: 5%br /b.       OBC Applicants​: 3%br /c.       Applicants from North East States and Sikkim Candidates: 5%br /d.       Defence Personnel/ Kashmiri Migrants: 5%br /e.       Sports Personalities (Outstanding in the category: A/A+ category)br /The certificate must be verified from the Selection Committeebr / br /2. The meritorious students who have scored marks more than 90% marks in the 12th standard or JEE Maines Exam will have the chance to apply for direct admission.br /3. Applicants who have qualified 12th standard in the year 2019 or have prepared for appearing for the 2020 exam are considered eligible for the admission.br /4.
