UGC NET is held twice a year in july and December. the NTA has will be the NET conducting agency from December 2018. The NET result was released after a month for the UGC NET July 2018.

The UGC NET is organized for more than 84 subjects to determine the eligibility for assistant professor posts in universities, for junior research fellowship award and to pursue PhD.

There are different cutoff marks released for different subject.
The UGC NET Result and cut off marks also depends on no. of candidates appearing and difficulty level of paper.
Also the cutoff marks for reserved categories goes low. you need to check the complete cutoff marks and result from official website.

Next UGC NET exam will be held from 18 Dec to 22 Dec 2018.
