    THE ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT IS TO HOLD A DEGREE OF GRADUATION,OR EQUIVALENT FROM AN UGC RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY.
    THEREFORE,QUALIFYING THE GRADUATION WITH PASS MARKS IS JUST ENOUGH
