He can apply, but he will be rejected in the medical exam, so if you are sure about that you have colour blindness don't apply, instead put in your efforts in some other career aspects.

Yes he/she is eligible but at last round medical checkup is done for that it may not get fit.So if you have color blindness don't apply.

yes but only if you fall under the category.........tere are certain categories of colour blindness......u need to check the notification for that.
