There are some activities which you can indulge in to improve the same like watching english movies with subtitles or web series(ex:friends),reading interesting novels,practicing in front of mirror,practice with your english partner who is in same difficulty,thinking in english,learning vocab and grammar skills from best books..I am sure doing this for some months will not only make you speak or write english but induce confidence in you..
NOTE: Enjoy the above learning process but don't get addicted to it as it may affect other areas of your life.
