  • National Defense Academy is only for boys.This may seem a bit harsh but the trend followed by the NDA is similar to the RIMC and other academic establishments of the defense services.Indian Navy has finally given it's consent to offer permanent commission to women, which means girls can not only join the Indian Navy as an officer, but also endure and flourish in the service throughout her life. 
    Any girls can not join the Navy through the NDA but certainly there are other options open to her. Visit Navy official website at:

  • the SSB test in not a easy or simple, it is a one week test in which your difficulty level increases day by day.
    and i think this test are not possibleto given by a girl.

  • Girls are not eligible for NDA & NA Exam, since National Defence Academy doesn't recruit girls. If any girl is willing to join Defence then, don't be upset you can apply for CDS exam after graduation. NDA examination is only for Unmarried Male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years.

  • Bcoz  Girls are not eligible to Join NDA, Because this examination is Only for Unmarried Male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years. This examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year for the post of Army, naval and Air-force wings. If you are Interested in Defence, then please complete your Graduate degree course and then you can apply for CDS Examination.
