strongTruss/strong and strongframe/strong both are constructed by some triangular members and connected at joints. ... So, strongtruss/strong cannot transfer moments. Members are subjected to only axial forces (tensile and compression). On the other hand, members of strongframes/strongare jointed rigidly at joints by means of welding and bolting

Truss members carry only axial force. Loads are applied only at the joints. It does not carry moment. Frames caryy axial load and moment. Loads can be applied anywhere.

trusses are composed of member which are only capable to carry axial load whereas frames are made of member that can carry bending as well as axial load. so ultimately trusses are the st. who transfer load by axial forces where as frames transfer it by bending also.
