Start with small goals. Start with sitting for like 2 hours continuously and then take a break for 15 min. then again start studying. I am preparing for IIT JAM 2019 and I faced the same difficulty as well. Entrance exams like GATE and IIT JAM are hard to crack but with little extra efforts, you can crack them. Have faith in yourself.
