I am an electronics B.tech student. Will coaching notes be helpful in Gate preparation ?

  • If u are enrolled in a coaching institute then the notes are of great importance & if u preparing without any coaching so it is of no use.So i suggest prepare your own notes while studying.

  • Yes , it will help you alot if you basic are clear and you gain many concept and trick to solve a question but ultimately problem solving is require parallel with reading the coaching notes

  • yes but it wont equal attending the class as it is just  review of what is taught.but it will be useful for quick revision to some extent

  • yes it is useful for concept point of view .But it is less useful for solving problematic questions.we have to go through some standard text books for better understanding. for eg. we need sanjay sharma or Simon haykin for signals and systems.sometimes it may take some more time for anlysing for what we have written in our book.ao better go through prescribed ones

  • you attend lecture bcz you it's give idea to understand that topic,and after that you prepared that topic on your self And most important you make own not it's very easy to understand for you.

  • study yourself first... if u face problems in concepts then only go for coaching... else it may turn out to be a time wastage

  • yes but my opinin is you reffer book to clear ur concepts & it may helps to learning more coaching sub help to better understanding the topic which is taken in class only

  • Coaching notes is just a review of the class lecture which may be useful for the students who have attended the lecture. But, if you are not studying in a coaching and looking for the coaching notes then rethink about it. From the coaching notes, you may be familiar with all the topics covered in syllabus but it may not clear your concepts. More over the coaching notes are less reliable as compared to a standard book. So, it will be a better idea to read theory from standard books and make your own notes. It will be surely very helpful for you while reviewing the formulas/important topics in last days of preparation.
