According to me, motherboard is the most important part of a computer. It holds the complete circuit of a computer. Each motherboard has a collection of chips and controllers known as the chipset. It has several attachment points for every components of a computer such as the Power Supply, CPU (Central Processing Unit), hard drive, RAM (Random Access Memory), graphics card, CD drive and other peripheral devices such as sound cards, network cards. Even It usually also has sockets into which, other circuit boards (called daughter boards), such as for communication ports and peripheral devices, can be plugged in.
