Pay Scale: BSNL Management Trainee Telecom Operations 

The Management Trainee shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of Rs 24,900-
50,500/- (PRE-REVISED) with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, Perks,
Medical Benefits, etc. admissible, as per company rules.

Eligibility for BSNL Management Trainee Telecom Operations

Nationality / Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

Educational Qualification:

The candidate must have a Bachelor degree of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer/IT & Electrical with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) and should have completed the course on a regular basis on the last date of application from recognized Institute/University.

BSNL Management Trainee Telecom Operations: Exam pattern

• Written Test (CBT) will be of 450 marks.
• The exam will have 450 MCQs type questions.
• The total duration of the exam will be 180 minutes
• The medium of language of the questions will be Hindi and English

• Marking scheme: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer and 1 mark will be allotted for each right. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
