Do we really need to write IBPS exam to get into job?

Do we have any other option other than writing ibps exam, to get into job

    To get a banking sector jobs you may appear in IBPS Bank Exams.

    There are many exams as well that get get you a banking sector jobs like, SBI and RBI. 

    Banks conduct their own exams. So, you can take those exams too. You can also pursue a banking course. There are many courses available.

    So, there are many ways which can get you a banking sector job.
