How to apply online for IBPS RRB Officer I Recruitment Exam?
IBPS has invited the applications for the Rural Banks Recruitment, the notification has been released for the posts of Officer Assistant, Officer Scale I, II and III. The candidates are required to apply for the recruitment examination online on the official website of IBPS. IBPS is to recruit more than 9000 suitable candidates for the RRB Vacant Posts.
The registration window for the recruitment exam has been opened after the official announcement was made, on June 30. The candidates can apply for the examination from July 01 up till July 21, 2020. The online Prelims exam of IBPS RRB Officer Scale I and Assistant is going to be held on September 12-13 and 19-20, 2020. IBPS RRB Mains is scheduled for October 18, 2020, IBPS RRB Exam Dates.
The candidate can apply for the various posts entirely depending on the IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria, if the candidate meets the requirements for more than 1 post, he/she can head towards filling the different application form for the post he/she applying for.
The candidates are required to apply online for the IBPS RRB Officer Prelims Examination, there is a provision of Pre-Exam training for the candidates of reserved category by RRB. IBPS reserves the right to select the candidates, provide training, training centres, schedule for the training, cancellation of the training. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the training could be available for particular regions only.
To apply online for IBPS RRB Officer Post, the candidates should follow the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the official website of IBPS (ibps.in) and on the Home Page click on CRP for RRBs. The candidates have to choose the option between Officer Scale I, II, III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
Step 2: It will navigate the candidates to the New User Registration Page, the candidate have to enter the usual details while registering such as name, email ID, phone number. The registered email ID and phone number will get the registration number along with the password as the login credentials.
Step 3: The candidate has to upload the recent passport colour photograph, signature, left thumb impression and the written declaration. The photograph should be of 200*230 pixels in dimension and the size of the photo file should be between 20 KB – 50 KB.
For the signature, the candidate must sign with black ink on a white blank paper, the dimensions for the signature to be uploaded are 149 * 60 Pixels, the size should not exceed 20 KB and keep it minimum at 10 KB.
Step 4: The candidates have to enter the academic qualifications and personal information. The language proficiency that is mandatory for the Officer Scale I Post has to be mentioned here. The required documents to prove the authenticity of the academics will be uploaded here.
Step 5: The information once filled should be checked and assured that the information should be true and no discrepancy will not be entertained. There will be no correction window provided for the alteration in the IBPS RRB application form.
Step 5: The candidate should have to upload the left thumb impression taken on the white paper with Blue/Black Ink. The format prescribed is JPG/JPEG and the dimensions should be 240*240 Pixels that is 3cm * 3cm. The preferred size is 20 KB – 50 KB.
The candidates are required to upload a hand-written declaration in English Language only on a white paper with blue or black ink.
The declaration will read as “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
The format prescribed is JPG/JPEG and the dimensions should be 800*400 Pixels that is 10cm * 5cm. The preferred size is 50 KB – 100 KB.
** The candidate must ensure that the signature and the hand-written declaration should not be in the Capital Letters.
Step 6: The candidate will be navigated to the Payment Gateway Page, the mode of payment applicable for IBPS RRB is online only. The application fee for the IBPS RRB Application Form is
SC/ST/PWBD Candidates have to pay an amount of Rs. 175 while all other category candidates will have to pay Rs. 850 as the IBPS Application Fee. After the successful transaction, the e-receipt will be generated for the same and the candidates are advised to download that and keep a copy for the future use.
