• You need to give the centralised recruitment exam (ICRB). The details of which you can find out from ISRO's official website...ISRO hires a certain percentage of students (depending of their vacancies) every year directly from IIST B.Tech graduates without any Exam like ICRB as I said earlier. So, that can be the easiest way to get to ISRO.
