I am btech Mechatronics in chennai, I'm i eligible for ISRO

There is no direct recruitment. One have to qualify the GATE exam with good rank to get a call from ISRO.  You are elgible for ISRO but there are offers challenging opportunities for candidates with first-class degrees in Mechatronics engineering.
