If you are one of those who aspires to work in ISRO(Indian Space research Organisation),then you must know all the details regarding ISRO exam like different posts vacancies that are readily  available in ISRO and how you can fill form for them.
ISRO looks for young,dynamic and dedicated candidates for filling the posts of Junior Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Scientist/ Engineer, Scientific Assistant, Administrative Officer, Accounts Officer, Purchase and Stores Officer any many others.
For selection for these posts,you have to clear a written exam and after cracking the exam,you will be called for personal interview.
Registration(how to apply)
Registration is done in an online mode.The forms merely costs Rs.100 and are usually available in the month of January and exam is held in the month of March.
Eligibility criteria
Nationality / Citizenship:
You must be an Indian Citizen.
Age for the Candidate:
You should have minimum 21 years of age and maximum 35 years
Educational Qualification:
You should have a Bachelor degree in B.E./B.Tech with 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a scale of 10.
Exam Pattern
There will be a total of 80 objective type questions in the exam.
The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
Total marks of the exam are 240.
Each correct answer will be awarded 3 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer
The medium of the language will be English.
The ISRO exam will be held in offline mode only.
 
How to prepare for Exam?
·       Prepare weightage wise.Prepare those topics first which carry more marks .Try to cover around 60% of the syllabus.
·       Attempt questions smartly .Try not  to loose marks in negative marking .
·       Keep your concepts clear as they will help you in cracking interviews which are very important in ISRO Exam.
·       Practice mock tests once you feel you are done with your syllabus.For mock tests ,I would recommend you Youth4work prep tests.
