You should have more than 60% marks then only you can apply. In ISRO , you should know to handle hazardous chemical and to know categorize the same. Since you are interested in the research field you could consider taking up a Ph.d. Also look out for notifications regarding opportunities in this field. You can join government chemical industries/pharmaceutical industries.
