strongEligibility criteria for ONGC Exam/strongbr /Candidates must be Indian Nationalsbr /Candidates need to score a minimum of 60% marks in the undergraduate engineering programmes, to be eligible to apply for the recruitment.br /The detailed eligibility for each discipline is given in the table below for candidates to check their eligibility as per their chosen discipline.br /Candidates who have passed professional exams such as AMIE (Mechanical)/ AMIE (Electrical)/ AMIE(Civil) are not eligible for the ONGC recruitment through GATE.br /Candidates in the final year of B.E or B.Tech are also eligible to apply. If they are shortlisted, then their candidature will be provisional. They will have to produce the requisite documents by the last week of July 2020 as proof that they have met the requisite percentage of marks.br /Candidates who have obtained the undergraduate degree from distance learning/ part-time mode will be eligible to apply provided their degree is recognized by the relevant statutory bodies for employment to posts and services of the Central Government.
