If the person is having 1% less in his degree is it possible to fill the form for sc/st students.

This is relaxed to 50% for OBC/strongSC/strong/strongST/strong and PwD candidates. strongONGC/strong has stronga/strong stricter requirement of a minimum of 60% marks in Postgraduate in Hindi and candidates must have English as stronga/strong subject in graduation.
