My opinion is that the pattern of the RBI Grade B is emsuitable/em for Hindi medium students also. Language doesn't matter, it should not become the hurdle in the success. If you are an emexpert/em in Hindi then it will give an added advantage. Language is just a emmedium/em to exchange knowledge/information.
