The SSC MTS Examination was cancelled due to a paper leak and thus the exam was postponed to new dates- 16th September to 26th September. The exam pattern consists of two stages: Stage 1- Written Exam Stage 2 - Descriptive Exam The written exam consists of 4 sections – Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, Numeric Aptitude and General English carrying 25 questions in each section. The test is of 100 marks and the time duration is 1.5 hours. The descriptive exam, a short essay/letter in English or any language included in 8th Schedule of Constitution is given for 50 marks and the time duration is 30 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.25 Marks for each wrong answer. The exam will be in both the languages i.e English & Hindi.
