HTET

Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH/ HBSE) organizes the HTET. BSEH releases the HTET Exam Pattern included in the application form filling notification. So the BSEH is responsible to decide or change the HTET Exam Pattern. HTET matches to the other state's Teacher Eligibility Tests.

HTET is conducted on three levels.

  1. Level-1 (Primary Teacher)
  2. Level-2 (Trained Graduate Teacher)
  3. Level-3 (Post Graduate Teacher)

Now we are going to introduce the subjects asked in the HTET for all three levels - PRT, TGT, and PGT. Those are required to prepare well before the exam.

Essential Key Points for HTET Exam Pattern

  • The language of the exam will be bilingual - Hindi and English
  • The exam will be conducted in Offline Mode (OMR Based)
  • Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the Examination
  • Each question will contain four options to choose the correct option and darken the oval on the answer sheet
  • Candidates need to score qualifying marks to be eligible for teaching posts
  • Qualifying Marks (Minimum Required Marks)
    • Unreserved category - 90/150 (60%)
    • SC/ ST/ Other Reserved Categories - 82/150 (55%)
  • HTET Certificate will be valid for 7 Years
  • There will be no negative marking in the exam
  • The candidates will get 1 Mark for each right answer
  • Subjects in all the level matches but difficulty level changes according to the posts
