CA PCC Exam Pattern and Details
CA PCC- Chartered Accountancy Professional Competence Course Test is the second level examination to become CA. The concerned authority of Chartered Accountancy is the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The aspirants must have cleared CPT examination. PCC examination is held twice a year, in May and November. Usually, the results are out after a month of examination, that is, June and December. The candidates must have worked as Audit or Articled Assistant for at least 15 months. The examination s held in two Groups. Being the most common field of career, PCC has a level difficult than CPT and not easy to be cleared without thorough study. Thus, candidates are advised to attempt previous year question papers and mock tests to practice well.

- Must have cleared CPT examination.
- Must have completed Information Technology Training.

Exam Pattern
- The examination application fees is for both groups is INR 1600/- and one group is INR 1000/-
- CA PCC examination is held twice a year, in June and November.
- Admit cards are released 15 days before the exam.
- Candidates must score 40% in each paper and 50% in each group.
- There are two groups:
Group1- 400marks
Paper – 1:Advanced Accounting
Paper – 2: Auditing and Assurance
Paper – 3: Law, Ethics and Communication
Group2- 300 marks
Paper – 4: Cost Accounting and Financial Management
Paper – 5: Taxation
Paper – 6: Information Technology and Strategic Management
