  • BITSAT Application Form Filling Starts:

    The application form filling has started since January 11, 2020 in the online mode. The last date to accept the BITSAT form is May 11, 2020 (till 5 PM). The candidate can correct the application form from May 15-20, 2020 as the correction window has been available.

    The candidates who have qualified 12th examination with an aggregate of 75% can apply for the examination. The 2020 and 2019 batch students are only eligible to apply. The International candidates can apply for the examination under the International Students Admission Category.

    The BITSAT exam will be conducted in the online mode from August 6-10, 2020 for which the test centers will be allotted on July 01 and the candidates can book the slots for the online examination from July 10-16, 2020. The admit cards will be downloaded after the slot booking process gets over that is from July 23 – August 10, 2020. The candidates should book the slots timely as more than 3 lakh candidates have applied for the exam.

    The Male candidates that are applying for the BITSAT must pay Rs. 3300 and Rs. 2800 will be the application fees for Female candidates. The entrance exam score will be accepted for admission in BE, BPharma and MSc Programme in BITS Pilani, BITS Goa, BITS Hyderabad campuses. The exam will have 150 MCQs with an additional 12 questions that will be asked in the online BITSAT. The questions will be from 4 subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Biology, English Proficiency, or Logical Reasoning.

    The application form will be filled in 5 easy steps:

    1. Candidate’s Registration:

    The aspirants are required to register themselves on the official website of BITS Pilani with a registered mobile number and Email ID. The basic information such as name, gender, date of birth, and nationality are required to be mentioned in the registration window.

    2. Personal Information:

    After the successful registration, the candidates will have to fill the personal information such as family details, address details, qualification details. The choice between Mathematics and Biology will be mentioned there. The preference for the exam centers will be given by the candidates to the university for the examination.

    3. Uploading of Scanned Photographs:

    The Photographs and Signature are required to be uploaded in the JPG/JPEG format within the size of 50-80 KB. The scanned copy of the Xth mark sheet/certificate from the recognized institution/board is required.

    4. Paying the application fees:

    The application fees have to be paid in both the online and offline mode. The male candidates have to pay Rs. 3300 and for the female candidates, it is Rs. 2800 to apply for the entrance exam. The candidates who will choose Dubai as the exam center will have to pay the US $ 90 (Rs. 6300). The fees can be paid through debit cards, credit cards, net banking. The cash payment can be made through ICICI Bank and downloading the payslip and uploading it on the website.

    5. Submission of Online Application:

    The submission of the BITSAT application form will be done once all the mandatory details and requirements are fulfilled by the candidate. The candidate must check for once before submitting the application form for any further changes.
