Himachal Pradesh University Business School (HPUBS) conducts HP University Management Admission Test (HPU MAT) for MBA admissions in HP University. HPU MAT is a state-level entrance test. The registration will start from first week of April. 120 seats are available for MBA in the university. The exam is likely to be conducted in Last week of May, 2020. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university/institution. The exam will be of 120 minutes and will have four sections as follow: English Comprehension & Language, Numerical Ability & Data Interpretation, General Intelligence & Critical Reasoning and General Knowledge & Business Awareness.

Nationality / Citizenship: The candidate can be an Indian Citizen or a Foreigner.
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university/institution with 50% minimum percentage and 45% for ST/SC.

Preparation tips for HPU MAT Exam 2020
· You need to finish 4 sections of HPU MAT Exam within 120 minutes, which means you need speed with accuracy in order to attempt 200 questions in total. The more you practice, the better chances you have of acing this exam.
· Make quantitative and reasoning your strong subjects, practice questions to solve them within time to increase efficiency. You should lay emphasis not on mugging up the formulas but instead try understanding the concepts, so, you can modify the formulas according to the question requirement.
· Remember negative marking is not a factor here. Therefore, try to attempt questions all the questions.
· Manage your time properly; give appropriate amount of time to each section. Try to improve your time by practicing as many online tests as possible.
