UPESMET New Exam Pattern for MBA Admission:
UPES Management Entrance Test will be conducted in an online mode completely. The exam will contain 4 Sections - General English, Quantitative, General Awareness, Analytical and Logical Reasoning. Each section will contain 35 questions. There will be 140 Questions to solve in 2 Hours and 30 Minutes. 1 Mark will be awarded for each right answer and no mark will be deducted for any wrong answer or unattempted answer. This expected marking scheme is written on the basis of the last year's marking scheme.
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies accounts for the exam pattern, marking scheme, admissions etc. It will decide which section will contain how many questions. UPESMET is conducted every year to offer admission to various MBA Programs. UPES fills seats through the UPESMET and CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ GMAT Score.
UPESMET is a university-level exam containing MCQs from the subjects asked in the exam. It is a computer-based test. This is amongst popular exams in India. Lots of candidates apply for the test every year. The last date of the registration is 23 June 2020. The exam will be conducted from 26 June to 27 June 2020.
General English (Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability), Quantitative (Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency), General Awareness (General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario), Analytical and Logical Reasoning will contain 35 - 35 MCQs separately. In this way, there will be total of 140 MCQs in the entrance exam to solve in 150 Minutes. It is expected on the basis of last year marking scheme that there will be no negative marking for wrong attempted questions and 1 Mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
