Candidate  must not be employed and should  have passed PG in the concerned subject with not less than 55% marks or equivalent grade (50% marks for SC/ST and PWD candidates) from Utkal University or any other University recognized as equivalent by Utkal University..Candidate must qualify the entrance test conducted by the university.
