Hi iam preparing for cs executive... plz help me which book I book refer for company accounts and auditing ...in which book auditing is understandable?

Definitely "Taxmann Company Accounts and Auditing Practice" by N.S Zad. It contains variety of practical questions which r really very helpful. For theories, ICSI text book is gud enough. All the best??

My suggestion is don't confuse with books this or that one do reading to the point what question said. still If want referance then taxmann is better option. Best of luck

TAXMANN COMPANY ACCOUNTS AND AUDITING BY N.S ZAD is the best book for preparation as per my knowledge..
