Is it necessary to take science in +2 for NDA??

May I take arts with maths for joining Indian Army?

No. But if you want to get into the Navy or Air Force through NDA then sure, you need 10+2 Science. The Army however offers B.A and B. Com to NDA cadets that have taken Commerce or Arts after 10th standard.

no, there is such kind of cumplsion in NDA. you can have any stream.

Nda basic eligibility requires you to have 10 +2 education in science field. Otherwise you simply can't get selected.

Yes, if you want to join IAF or navy. No, if you want to join Army - You can have Arts or Commerce as subject
