If you are not in a habit of studying for a long time then you have to start studying in slots . First aim to study for 1-2 hours with full concentration and then increase this time slowly. For increasing your concentration , you can do some meditation and yoga. Make a schedule and follow it properly. The schedule should include sports, hangout with friends, and sometime for social media also.
