UPSEE Eligibility Criteria:UPSEE is for admission in Engineering, Pharmacy, Postgraduate courses, lateral entry courses. The applicants must have qualified 12th examination with a minimum of
45% marks from any recognized board with subjects PCM/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject. The eligibility criteria differ for the various programmes. There is no restriction of age to apply for the UPSEE.
UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) is conducted to offer admission to the applicants who are looking for admission in top colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The applicants who have qualified examinations outside the state of Uttar Pradesh.
1. For admission in BTech 1st YearThe applicants must have qualified 10+2 examination with an aggregate of 45% of general category. Physics and Mathematics must be the core subjects in 12th. The relaxation for the SC/ST applicants is to have a minimum of 40% marks in 10+2.
There is no restriction of age limit to apply for the UPSEE application.
2. For admission in BTech 2nd YearThe applicants must have qualified 3-year diploma in Engineering by the recognized institution with an aggregate of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST applicants).
The age limit is not a factor to apply for the UPSEE application.
3. For admission in BHMCT /BFAD /BFA/ MBA (Integrated)/B. Vocational Subject/ B. DesignThe General category applicants must have qualified 12th examination with 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST applicants).
Age is not a factor to be considered while applying for UPSEE.
4. NRI Applicants EligibilityThe applicants who are Non-Residents of India can apply for direct admission as the reservation for NRI applicants is 5%. The applicants must have qualified 10+2 examination with PCM as the core subjects from the recognized institution.
