Why am I not receiving any questions?

I upgraded to the Rs 400 plan but still do not recieve any questions not even the free ones. Why is tjis happening?

• while upgrading for 90 day the amount has been debited from my account ... but still it says payment is not successful...
• nt being able to download the score card by clicking on the "download scorecard" link...
