CCC is abbreviated for Course on Computer Concepts. It is a certification program whose main motive is to spread digital literacy in the entire nation by NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology). This course is available online on the platform throughout the year. In this digitization era, the demand to have at least some basic computer knowledge has become essential. After completing this course, anyone can use computers to make his/her life more comfortable by applying computers in everyday routine tasks like learning new things on the web, news, paying for utilities, etc. IT sector is booming; it is necessary to recognize its growing presence. It's time to go with the changes to stay at standard with the new world's developments.
This computer and information technology course duration is 80 hours. The course duration comprises 25 hours of Theory, 5 hours of Tutorials, and 50 hours of Practical. The term can be intensively for two weeks. It is the best among the rest where the course aims to literate any person willing to be a part of it. The need of the hour is to be computer literate for basic living.
There are no prescribed eligibility criteria for the applicants to appear for CCC Exam; any person out there can appear for the exam after completing the course. The institute has not set any age bar or any educational requirements for the course. The applicants, though have no eligibility limitation yet they can appear in three modes for the CCC Exam, and they are:
The applicants who want to enroll directly to the institution; that is, the applicants have to sponsor themselves for the course.
The applicants who are sponsored by the Government Institutions.
The applicants who are sponsored by NIELIT Recognized Institutions, there is no bar for the eligibility requirements for such applicants.
The applicants who are enrolling for the CCC course have to appear for the examination that will ensure the certification of the related course. You have to prepare for the examination where all the topics that were initially taught during the course. The applicants will have to solve the objective type 100 questions in the online format.
The applicant will be provided a time frame of 60 minutes to solve all the 100 questions.
Every question is for 1 mark and there is no negative marking for the wrong attempted questions making the CCC Exam for 100 Marks.
The difficulty level of the questions in the certification examination is basic; where the applicants will be awarded grades according to the marks obtained in the exam.
The applicants have to invest 80 hours for the entire course. The main emphasis is on the practical side; the theory part will impart the subject's necessary knowledge. After getting the CCC syllabi, you must be thinking of the chapter name as the big names where you are finding some confusion about the chapters that what all topics will be included in the chapters. Chapter 3 is Elements of Word Processing; the applicants will get the basic knowledge of working on the MS Word Application for the best outcomes.

Chapter 5 is Computer Communication and Internet whose duration is 9 hours; the applicants must be well-versed with the Internet as it is today's basic necessity. Digital India is flourishing everywhere with the blooming hands; after completing the course, the applicants will be able to work efficiently with the digital applications and spend their life with such ease that was lacking before.
The 6th chapter is WWW and Web Browser; the applicants after getting the knowledge and practical experience about using the internet and the various applications & services of the internet, the next step is to put the feet on the web browsers, how to use them. The second last chapter comes out to be Communication and Collaboration; the applicant will get the whereabouts of Email, instant messaging features. The topics for the chapter are here:
The last chapter of CCC uses PowerPoint and creates presentations and slides to represent and express thoughts in a creative manner. The applicants will get to learn and operate the MS Powerpoint and other slideshow making software.
As we have told you earlier, the applicants will be awarded grades for the marks they will obtain in their CCC Examination; let's look at CCC's grading system better to understand the certification examination's marking scheme. Here is the CCC Grading System:
The applicants who will achieve marks more than or equal to 85% will be awarded 'S' grade.
The applicants who will achieve marks in the range of 84% - 75%, 'A' grade will be awarded.
For the applicants who will achieve marks in the range of 74% - 65%, 'B' grade will be awarded.
The applicants who will achieve marks in the range of 64% - 55%, 'C' grade will be awarded.
The applicants who will achieve marks in the range of 54% - 50% will be awarded 'D' grade.
The applicants who will achieve marks below 50% will be unfortunately declared 'FAIL' by getting the F grade.
