Skill test for candidates is to evaluate their practical knowledge and experience in the trade.Also to evaluate all the candidates appearing for recruitment test on a common platform. It will be a job/activity/drawing/wiring etc depending on branch of trade. For a batch of candidates few skill tests will be chosen.The marks scored in the skill test and interview together will decide the selection of candidate.
