Can I apply for PRT in kvs jobs

I have cleared CTET paper 2..But wants to apply for PRT rather than TGT..Can I?

First you should qualify in paper 1.. but kv gave a chance for Ctet applied candidates also.. first apply for Ctet paper 1 & with that registration number apply to kvs prt
