Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts exams for various fields such as Civil Services (IAS), NDA, IFS, CDS, SCRA etc. The UPSC Prelims exam has been held in June 2017 and the Mains is going to be conducted in October 2017. There will be another round for the personality test in March 2018 for those candidates who clear UPSC Mains. The result has been already declared for the UPSC Prelims 2017. Prelims consists of two objective-type papers 1) General and 2) Aptitude Test. Mains consists of nine papers of conventional (Essay-type) followed by an Interview. This entire process from conducting exams and declaring results takes almost one year.
