2nd transfusion if x is Rh+ and Y is Rh - because if Rh+ blood is transfused to Rh- then 1st blood transfusion is complete successfully but during 1st blood transfusion Rh antibodies are formed in recievers blood so in next blood transfusion agglutination that is antigen antibody reaction of blood takes place.
